Eligibility of National Awards to Teachers 2024 :

1. The Teacher must be a regular employee.
2. He/ She must completed 5 years of teaching experience and that was in full time regular basis.
3. Teaching experience can be in any under graduate or post graduate level courses.
4. He or She should below 55 years of age on the time of applying for the award.
5. The head of the institutions or Directors or Principal are not eligible to apply for national awards for teachers 2024.
6. The judges of the award are NOT eligible to  for this award.
7. However, Employees who have held such head positions of the institutions earlier not during applying for the award, but are below 55 years of age then he can apply.

Selection Process for the award :

1. First the screening committee of the Jury panel shortlist the applicants nomination by screening through the applications for the teachers award 2024.
2. Then the final jury members will decide 35 numbers (25 in Category-I and 10 in Category-II) of teachers for award  ceremony.
3. The ceremony takes place on 5th September every year that starts from 2023.
